Wait for the panel to turn green, then react. Five rounds give you a much fairer result than one lucky click.

Fair-play records only: keep this tab visible. Reactions under 100 ms are treated as anticipated clicks and retried.
Measure your reaction time
Visual reaction time is the delay between seeing a signal and responding to it. Device latency, display refresh rate, fatigue and distraction can all affect the result, so the five-trial average is more useful than a single attempt.
What is a good reaction time?
Results around 200–300 milliseconds are common in simple visual tests. Treat this as a personal benchmark rather than a medical measurement: browser timing and hardware vary.
Get a cleaner result
Use the same device for comparisons, rest your finger or mouse hand comfortably, and keep your eyes on the centre of the panel. Anticipating the colour usually causes an early click.
