A thornier kind of solitaire
Scorpion has the satisfying cascade of Spider Solitaire, but its tighter suit rules make every exposed card matter. Forty-nine cards begin in seven tableau columns, with twelve hidden cards tucked into the first four columns and three cards held in reserve.
Plan around the hidden cards
Empty columns are powerful because any legal run can move into them. Before committing one, look for a move that exposes a face-down card or joins two fragments of the same suit. The stock is permanent once dealt, so save it until the first three columns can absorb the disruption.
Built for taps and keyboards
Choose a movable card, then use a highlighted “Move here” control. That two-step interaction works cleanly on phones and with a keyboard, while undo lets you explore a line without losing the original seeded deal. Your current game and record stay on this device.
Replay the exact shuffle
Every deal has a stable replay link, so a friend can begin with the same card order. Random seeded deals are reproducible, not promised solvable; the separately labelled verified deal includes a solution replayed by the rules engine.
