How well do you know the flags of Americas?
Central America is the hard part of this region. Several neighbours share blue-white-blue bands and differ only by the coat of arms at the centre — or by whether one is there at all.
What to look for
When you see blue and white horizontal bands, go straight to the centre. The emblem, or its absence, is usually the whole answer.
How are the questions chosen?
Each UTC day has one deterministic deck for Americas, dealt in ten-question laps, so no answer repeats until the region’s 35 flags are exhausted. Every wrong option is drawn from Americas as well — a distractor from another continent would give the answer away by elimination.
Are territories included?
No. This set covers the 35 United Nations member states in Americas and excludes dependencies, subdivisions and disputed territories, so the quiz never makes a political classification on your behalf.
Can screen-reader users play?
Yes. Every flag carries a text description of its visible colours, shapes and emblems. It gives the same clue without naming the answer.
